We use the highest quality ingredients, non-GMO, organic wherever possible.  We use NO animal products, dairy, whey, fats, sugars, MSG, preservatives, black or white pepper, and our sodium content falls within the low salt dietary requirements.  All our products are dry mixes to insure maximum shelf life. 

Bill's Best Seasonings include: Chik'nish, Beaf, Curry, No Yoke (full flavor of Chik'nish without the yellow result), and Lemon Juice Powder.

Bill's Baste & Marinade is designed to compliment our Minit-Meats and works well as an Italian style seasoning or dressing.

Minit-Meat flavors include: Chik and Beaf.  Don't be fooled by the small cans, these are a dry mix that make a full pound and a quarter of finished gluten (seitan). Just add water and boil for as little as 10 minutes (see label for complete instructions).  Great made ahead and frozen in your favorite sizes for quick meal preparation (many customers report this enhances the flavor).

Recipes:

ROASTED RED PEPPER CHEESE SAUCE (vegan)

3/4 cup raw cashews
Soak washed raw cashews 20 minutes to over night (more soaking produces smoother sauce).

1 cup water
4 ounces roasted red peppers in its' juice
2 tbsp raw Tahina
In blender place water, roasted red peppers in juices, and raw Tahina with cashews.  Blend on medium/high (not high) until very smooth (scrape sides during blending).

2 Tbsp agar powder
1 Tbsp Chik'nish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill weed (not seeds)
Add agar powder, Chik'nish, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and dill weed. Continue blending and scraping until well mixed.

3/4 cup vegetable oil (not olive oil)
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
With blender still running, add vegetable oil until thoroughly mixed then quickly add fresh squeezed lemon juice.  Sauce will thicken rapidly.  Serve over cooked macaroni, baked potatoes, tortilla chips or let your imagination run free.  Yields 2 cups.
Note:  If not serving immediately, pour into storage container straight from the blender and refrigerate.

1/2 cup raw popcorn
1 Tbsp Bills Best Chik'nish
1-1/2 tsp vegan parmesean
